Section Management
Include/exclude sections
Not every section is relevant to every business. The Manage Sections panel lets you toggle any section on or off with a checkbox. Disabled sections are excluded from AI generation and from all exports.
Rename section titles
"Operations" can become "Business Operations & Systems". "Team & Management" can become "Key Personnel & Organisational Structure". Custom section names are reflected immediately in the review page and in both the PDF and Word exports.
Section status tracking
Each section has a clear status: Pending, Generated, Edited, or Approved. Approve sections as you review them. The export page shows exactly how many sections are ready, so you know when your IM is complete.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Name redaction toggle
Toggle "Redact names" before generating and the AI will not include real personal names anywhere in the document. Owners, directors, and staff are referred to by role only — "the owner", "the operations manager", "the principal". Add names manually in the Word doc before sending to qualified buyers.
Confidential by design
Every IM includes a professionally written Confidentiality & Disclaimer notice. The cover page displays "STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL". Running footers on every page carry the confidentiality notice. The document is structured to be handled as a controlled, restricted document.
Secure data storage
All memorandum data is stored with row-level security — brokers can only access their own data. The platform is built on Supabase with PostgreSQL and uses SSL encryption in transit. Your form data and section content are never used for AI training.

Invite brokers to your brokerage workspace. Each broker has their own login and sees only their own IMs. Brokerage managers get a dashboard showing all team activity, IM counts, and usage stats. Up to 3 broker seats on Professional, with additional seats at $75/month.
White-label branding
Upload your brokerage logo, set your brand colours, and customise the confidentiality notice footer. All MemorandumMaker branding is removed from the PDF and Word document. Buyers see only your brokerage — not the tool behind the IM.
